Your data is stored in our Hong Kong data centers, with redundancy across multiple availability zones within Hong Kong. Unless required by law or specifically requested and agreed, personal data is not transferred outside of Hong Kong. This design supports comply with local data residency requirements and the PDPO. We maintain physical, technical, and organisational measures to protect data at every stage.

您的數據儲存在我們的香港數據中心，並在多個可用區域之間進行冗餘留存，以符合本地數據留存的要求。除非法律要求或經您事先同意，我們不會將個人資料移轉到香港境外。我們在各個環節維持符合行業標準的物理、技術及組織性措施，以保護您的數據。

We protect your data with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ amplification in transit. To give you maximum control, we support Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): you may manage your own encryption keys within your own key management environment, so that we cannot decrypt your data without them. In addition, we implement multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access controls, network segmentation, and round-the-clock monitoring.
